By downloading, installing, or using LastPouch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

LastPouch is a mobile application designed to help users track and reduce their nicotine pouch consumption. The App provides usage tracking, progress statistics, craving management tools, and optional AI-powered insights.

User Accounts

To use LastPouch, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others

Health Disclaimer

LastPouch is a tracking and awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a healthcare provider before making decisions about nicotine cessation, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in nicotine cessation or any specific health outcome.

AI Features

The App may include AI-powered features that provide insights, suggestions, or coaching. These features are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of LastPouch require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by LastPouch and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as notes or journal entries). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastPouch and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
