Getting Started

How does LastPouch help me quit?

LastPouch helps you build awareness of your habits by tracking every pouch. You can set daily targets, track your progress, earn badges, and use coping tools when cravings hit. Many users find that simply logging each pouch makes them more mindful of their usage.

What quit methods does the app support?

LastPouch supports three approaches: Cold Turkey (stop immediately), Gradual Reduction (slowly reduce daily usage over time), and Awareness Only (track without a specific quit goal). You can change your method anytime in settings.

Can I use the app if I'm not ready to quit?

Absolutely. Many users start by just tracking their usage to understand their patterns. Choose "Awareness Only" during onboarding. When you're ready to reduce or quit, you can update your goal.

Account and Data

Is my data private?

Yes. We never sell your data to third parties. Your usage logs are stored securely and used only to provide the service. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your usage history as a CSV file from Profile > Settings > Export Data.

How do I reset my progress?

Go to Profile > Settings > Reset Data. This clears your local data and lets you start fresh. Note: this does not delete your account, just your tracking history.

Subscriptions

Is LastPouch free?

The core tracking features are free. Premium features like AI coaching (Ember), advanced insights, and data export are available with a subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for an App Store purchase.

Troubleshooting

The app is not syncing my data

Make sure you're logged in to your account and have an internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh on the main screen. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

Something else is wrong

Email us at tech@lastpouch.app with a description of the issue. Include your device model and iOS version if possible.
